Vincent Gaspar joined us in 2017, and today serves as vice president of new markets and global strategic marketing. He leads the strategic direction and growth of the company’s Nutrition business globally.
Vincent has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership within the medical device industry and healthcare service companies. Throughout his career, Vincent has gained extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integrating businesses. He also has a proven track record in commercial organisation management, development, and restructuring.
Previously, Vincent served as senior vice president of global blood centers at Terumo BCT, as well as leading the Asia-Pacific commercial operations based. Prior to those responsibilities, he led the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region for five years, including the integration of CaridianBCT with Terumo in the region.
Vincent began his career with the distributor for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Belgium, then joined Valleylab, Inc (a division of Pfizer, now with Medtronics) to lead their business in the Middle East, Africa, and southern Europe.
During nine years at Kimberly-Clark’s health care division, Vincent led the EMEA region as the marketing director then as general manager. Subsequently, he relocated to the global headquarters in Roswell, Georgia, to form and lead global strategic marketing for Kimberly-Clark’s healthcare division.
Vincent earned his master’s degree in biotechnology from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.
