Marathon runner and mom of 3, Paige donates her excess milk
Quick facts:

Dedicated marathon runner
Only a few thousand ounces away from 500,00-ounce donation goal
“I’ve been married for over 10 years to my high school sweetheart. We have three children: twins Connor and Jack, 5 and Sadie, 2. I work full time as a project manager for a medical school in Michigan. I love the ability to connect with so many people from different departments. Outside of work, I am an avid runner. I have completed 5 major marathons and countless half marathons and spend a lot of time training on the road or treadmill. My family and I spend much of our time outside exploring the world.
When I had my twins, I was an overproducer and didn’t like the idea of wasting milk, especially knowing there are many moms who aren’t blessed with a large supply like me. When Sadie was born, I had an oversupply again. A friend of mine, who previously donated with Tiny Treasures, told me about milk donation. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and becoming a donor has given me the ability to help so many families that I couldn’t help otherwise.
My donation goal is reaching a total of 50,000 ounces, which I’m only a few thousand ounces away from achieving. I’m currently using my third breast pump, with over 3100 hours clocked on each one. I see this as my biggest achievement, as it reflects all the NICU babies I’ve helped. Any money that I make from donation goes toward school funds and experiences for my three children. I don't view any aspect of donation as challenging, since helping others is a gift that I don't take for granted.
My advice to donors: Enjoy the process. It goes by quickly!”
