Given that nursing tends to begin in post-delivery, new mom bleariness phase of parenting, they can use all the help they can get. For those who need a little support, there are a number of breastfeeding resources at your fingertips in today’s digital age.

“Even if you have only one hand free to tap at a smartphone because the other is holding a baby, you have access to all sorts of advice, information, assistance, and plenty of shoulders to cry on if necessary,” says Linda Sharps, contributor to The Stir. It’s $1.99, and helps you locate places near you that offer nursing-friendly environments, as well as high chairs and changing stations.
