The movement of a baby's tongue during breastfeeding

The natural movement of a baby's tongue is amazing! During breastfeeding, the tongue undulates from the front towards the back of tongue, gently massaging the milk out of the milk ducts from the areola. In a video shared by Cibii UK, you can see this incredible tongue motion in action.

Breastfeeding is natural, but it isn't always easy. When you face any pain or discomfort, please speak with your lactation consultant to increase the success of your breastfeeding journey. Happy breastfeeding, mamas!
